OffSite Workshop #3: Pitching Your Work

OffSite Workshop #3: Pitching Your Work
Appetite is pleased to be hosting the third workshop from outdoor arts development scheme, OffSite. This workshop aims to offer support and training to artists and companies in pitching your work live.
Pitching is a dominant part of the arts world, especially in the outdoor sector. Pitching comes in a variety of forms – whether you are applying for commissions, securing funding or looking to present your work to programmers and producers.

The session will feature guest speaker Jeanefer Jean-Charles – a critically acclaimed movement director and creative consultant with 20 years’ experience in delivering high profile outdoor events. Alongside Jeanefer, the session will be supported by Creative Producer, Phil Hargreaves and members of the OffSite network, offering a diverse range of insight into successful pitches and different methods of pitching.
After the session, you will have a toolkit of hints and tips on how to effectively pitch your work in a 5-minute time frame and how to present your ideas in the best possible way.
Book A Place
To sign up for this free workshop contact Déda Creative Producer Phil Hargreaves on with the heading 'OffSite Pitching workshop'. The first 25 people to email will be assigned a place.
